Very rude staff. Shut the door in our faces although the sign stated OPEN. The female staffer who was mopping the floor changed the sign to CLOSED then laughed in our faces & the 2 other staff members (one Male & one female) joined in on the joke. Even though it was after the closing time, which we didn't know at the time, it would have been polite & professional if the staff member said "sorry but we are closed " especially seeing that I had 2 children with me. Extremely poor customer service and this gives your business a really poor reputation. I hope that the appropriate action is taken and these staff members are given proper customer...

When I first walked into the store with my family, the store had a really bad mouldy smell where the packing box also had the same smell as we bought take away. One of the flavours we got were Macadamia ice cream and it tasted extremely off as we couldn't even eat

The following week, we went back to shop to grab some more ice cream and to also inform the staff about out last experience as we are regular customers. The staff at that time was nice, she politely asked for my number to give it to her boss and till this day we have not...

Usually I have had awesome service however today going in and asking for a Mint Mayhem shake but if I could get it extra thick, I had then got a followed up snarky comment by the rude female “don’t blame me if you can’t get it through the straw”.

Which I thought that that comment was not needed. Upon leaving and sticking the straw in and as I took a sip. The shake was NOT thick as I had asked for however it was very runny and milky. Which contradicts that unwarranted comment that rude female...
