Super Star Pizza Cranbourne — Restaurant in Melbourne

Don't order from here! Worst pizza and experience we have ever had. Went last night for dinner. 14/05/2025 Ordered in store, and the lady said it would be 10 minutes ( we thought how could it be so quick ) 25 minutes later, the lady came over and asked what we ordered. Huge language barrier and extremely difficult to communicate. The lady didn't know what was on any of the pizzas, and we were reading all the ingredients from the menu to her but she couldn't understand much english and was the only person working there (meat lovers and beef supreme). Finally, the pizzas came out, and the lady said she "put extra on for us." Was nothing what we ordered. Both had olives,pineapple, and jalapeanos, and were both the same with just a bunch of random ingredients on them. We didn't receive the garlic bread that we had paid for. Terrible. After ordering online and rocking up 15 minutes later, the staff didn't even know they had my order. So after waiting the full time to cook, we had the worst combinations of mistakes I've had. We had 4 pizzas, 2 had ingredients that we removed still present, the garlic pizza had no cheese on atleast a quarter of it and worstly one of the pizzas had satay sauce on it without it being an ingredient. God forbid someone had a nut allergy. Lucked out that it only ruined the bbq pizza and not forced a hospital visit.

If you have left a bad review honestly I don’t know how. This shop makes the only pizza I’d buy. Great bases and flavour. The owner is incredibly polite and puts effort into his shop. I never leave reviews but I had to for this business. Not many food shops have this service anymore. Don’t order pizza through apps and expect it to be perfect. Pizza has to be picked up and taken home to eat fresh. Plus small businesses deserve each bit of your cash rather than giving it to Uber,...
