Seriously disappointed! 8 visits- only 3 were good. Pour gravy on everything so if u ask for it separately they charge an extra $1. One order was stuffed up and when i got all the way home and rang, staff member was not even apologetic and the saga just to have them replaced on my next visit! Clearly, I wouldnt order something I know my dad hates!!! Finally, my last visit recently I ordered $14 medium roast dinner for my elderly father who is a very small eater. Usually gets him 2 feeds. This time however, there was barely a teaspoon of peas, and you never make up extra if selecting 3 veggies when u can have up to 4. Wasnt even enough for him. Food initially nice but poor effort of late. Not sure if all stores have declined or just this one! Will reserve my judgement and compare it to another store, as your food use to be worth the value. Omg this place is AWESOME!! It took me back to when we went to Nana's on a Sunday for her beautiful roast as kids! I got rhe roast beef roll and WOW is it filling! Melt in your mouth roast beef with gravy that is the best gravy I've ever tasted!! All wrapped up in a soft fluffy fresh bread roll... I even grabbed a piece of crackle with a crunch that could be heard in Frankston!! They even do pieces of cheesecake and other desserts for an indulgent finish to what is the best take away food I've had!! Very under rated and disappointed to hear they only have 5 stores in Melbourne!! The man serving was so friendly and welcoming which makes the experience even better! You have to give this place a crack as you won't be disappointed! Keep up the great work...

My pregnant fiancé specifically ordered a certain meal tonight. Drove back home and the whole order was wrong. Called up and stated this as to her response over the phone “come in and we can swap it over” …. as you should because it was your error. When I got there I asked if there was compensation for the inconvenience. The girl responded “I’m swapping the meal for you that’s the best I can do” as a store manager of a retail shop myself I know that i would go above and beyond for my customers if there was a error and it was my fault.
