The worst customer service I have ever had. I didn't want to put a bad review until the second conversation we had because I felt sorry for them. But no I shouldnt feel sorry for people who do not care whatsoever about their customers. I Ordered Almost $100 worth of food. When we got our food the Honey chicken was missing the honey sauce. We double checked before calling anyone. First We called Uber just to make sure he didnt have it. He told me to call the restaurant so I did. The lady literally laughed out loud when I told her I was missing the sauce. She told me to check again! I said I already checked but Ill check again and wasnt there. Then told me to Check again (while laughing out loud) because its in the bag even when it wasn't so I got upset as this lady has been talking to me rudely not even tiny bit apologetic. I wasnt even asking for freebies or refund of some sort(But obviously nothing was offered) Then she said I should come and pickup the sauce? I was like what we paid for the delivery? then she told me to text this mobile number. I said why would I text this number what for? She told me to message the number my address. So I did..I even sent her a photo of all of my orders. 9 minutes passed she then sends me a message. Saying "Can you call Uber". I got shocked so I called the Mobile twice immediately, no answer. So I called the shop the lady answered and told me. " We will deliver your sauce later, we are busy" In a rude tone. I was like excuse me? I have been waiting for it my food has gone cold what do you mean you will drop it off later? then She said Okay Ill drop it off to you. I asked what time? I mean can I expect it in 10 mins as I am not far at all. She didnt answer and just said "we'll drop it off to you BYYYYYE". So I was left with uncertainty Everyone was already waiting and my food is now cold. After 10 mins or so someone knocked and it was them. They gave me the sauce abruptly in this amall container. No hi no hello no apologis no thank you nothing. Just walked off and that is that! Read moreWe ordered a huge order through Uber Eats & when the driver arrived, he canceled the whole order instead of transferring the job to a new driver!
I called the restaurant to see what happened & what we could do to fix it. They informed me that they still have my order & it’s ready to go but there’s no driver. They said they will call Uber Eats first then call me back.
I had another employee call be back & explained that Uber will refund me the first order. While on the phone we made sure to re order correctly & they stayed on the phone until the order came through properly.
When the food arrived we were really happy with the amount we got and that it was all still hot. Both pork & veggie dumplings, vegetarian noodles/rice, sweet & sour pork & lemon chicken was super delicious. My partner said that the special fried rice really hit the spot!
We even got a special little note saying sorry for the order being stuffed around with a couple drinks which was a nice touch for the uber stuff around, very thoughtful 😊

Read moreThis place was very good when the dad and his son would serve. However, tonight they had some other man serve and he was very rude. We waited 30 mins to get the young man’s attention just to order. We ordered the food then 1 hr went past literally no one in the restaurant but us just to ask how long the food was going to be politely. Another family walks in European and they order. Within 10 mins all there dishes arrive. We ask where our 3 dishes are and asked to cancel since it’s been too long. The man then brings out 1 dish then 30 mins later he brings out the the other two dishes. To top it off I go to pay and he enters $580 on the eftpos machines with a smirk on his face. Lucky I noticed and asked to speak to the dad or the son that usually works here. Thank goodness the owners son came out and apologised for both issues as he knows we were regulars. So disappointing!
