Update for new location, see old review below line. Ordered the Batista's brekky selection. Very much love the new atmosphere and location, very chill but bustling, reminiscent of the city.
Green chrome - latte with soy Very very smooth, slight acidic, citrus aftertaste, tiny tiny bit of grape on the start
Washed wanale - batch brew Initial chocolate, shortbread mouth, blood orange aftertaste. No bitterness, smooth, very much not acidic
Sipi natural Espresso. Fruity on sip, acidic on the swallow, Pear aftertaste, initial strawberry on sip and mouth, very rich tasting
Absolute hidden gem of a place. Ordered the espresso tasting board, at a very reasonable price ($12). Favorite was the godfather, notes of chocolate and caramel were impressively clear (you'd never guess it was a blend if it wasn't mentioned on the tasting cards), with the aftertaste of nuts coming through. The bubblegum was a nice treat, with the notes being spot on and reminding me of mango strips and raspberry smoothies. The 2024 winter blend was my least favorite (still miles ahead of everything else I can get within hours of here), with a muddier note profile and not much aroma. I feel it'd be better served with a splash of soy milk. I ended up buying a bag of godfather myself, and even the top shelf is only 2 days old! I'll definitely be getting another tasting board here. Batista was extremely warm and welcoming, and pulled perfect shots with...

The Coffee:
Well all the reviews I have read said the coffee was great. Maybe I went on an off day.
Eeny Meeny has consistently good coffee - need bigger takeaway cups.
Rocotillos have a consistently ok run of the mill coffee.
Just wasn't feeling the coffee at Vada. I'll give it another shot though and update if I feel I was mistaken.
The Food:
Ordered an omelette with no cheese - cut into it and it was full of it. I tried to pick through it and remove the cheese. I double checked with the waiter that I had ordered it with no cheese, and he confirmed it. It was a simple mistake and they refunded my money in full as well as a complimentary coffee voucher. Lactose intolerant stomach wasn't...

Staff are lovely, the food is delicious, although bigger portions would reflect the prices for some of the dishes, they do offer half serves and affordable options though, which is awesome! HOWEVER, they're not doing themselves any favours, to only offer a Vegan 'OPTION' (ie. heres a vegetarian dish, that we can remove the cheese from, ONA a main ingredient) disappointing. So many peeps are Vegan these days, so you would expect a complete Vegan dish. An easy fix would be to offer a quality vegan cheese alternative in your Vegie dishes. But otherwise, Commonfolk Franga is a breath...
