Crust Pizza Camberwell — Restaurant in Melbourne

We made an order for an extra-large plant-based beef pizza, Crust Camberwell. When the order arrived, it was a large one instead of extra-large, so I rang to realize the reason, and I was told this is the size this type of pizza comes with😳😳😳. It occurred when I paid 29 bucks for the pizza itself. This money is certainly for an extra-large size, not a regular one. This is not acceptable. The pizzas at this place are great but the service is just poor. They always go to the wrong address every time we order online. Then when they finally come to our address the pizzas are cold and we have to heat them up in the oven.
