One star is way too much, Ceasar Salad with garlic bread and mixed leaves 😳 are you for real? When i told them that Ceasar salad has ice-burg lettuce finely chopped crispy bacon and the special crispy bread NOT left overs of garlic bread then I’ve been told that it is what it is and every shop has different ingredients and it’s customer’s responsibility to ask what ingredients are and totally ignore the international recipe of what you ordered, it’s like you order beef burger and you get fish and chips then they tell you that you should’ve checked the ingredients!!!! Pasta was suggy- tasteless - no meat - cold and the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. Even canned pastas are far better. I’ve seen the employee dropped the lid on the floor and picked it up to use it on my takeaway container. How awful 😣 And when I asked that they must show their license number and certificate visible to everyone then I said give me the license number of your approval from food safety authorities he told me he can’t share that information, I’ll be lodging a formal complaint about this matter ASAP, restaurants like this should not be operating in our cities.

I should have taken it as a sign when the chocolate mousse I ordered expired 3 days before my order, but I tried the food anyway. It wasn't bad until my stomach started to knot up and I spent the night sleeping on the bathroom floor, getting to wake up every half hour to flip a coin on which end its going to come out of. I'm assuming that if you aren't checking your fridge for expired mousse, you probably aren't checking your other ingredients. Disgusting. Stay away. Delivery was pretty bad. What is the point of delivery instructions if no one reads them? You just get called by the driver while they sit in their car. Food boxes are all squished, cold Coke sitting on top of everything. All in all terrible experience

Wanted to support and give crust a try after reading online about their dire financial position. I guess there's a reason why they're struggling... The pizza came cold, the 'baked chips (refer to pics) were undercooked, however surprisingly the garlic bread was top tier (hot, crispy and tasty). I ordered the XL roast chicken and bacon, asked for no spanish onions and it came with onions! I reheated the pizza in the oven and it tasted decent. Bit dry, but the flavours were ok. I also airfryied my chips and it became edible. How can a pizza shop survive when their best item is garlic bread? Union road has better options and some places are slightly cheaper too.

We ordered a vegan lamb pizza, they called us and said they were out of lamb so we changed the pizza to a vegan chicken peri peri pizza and clearly stated several times over the phone to swab the peri sauce to mayo, as we can’t eat spicy food. We come in and get our order and confirm one more time that it is mayo and not peri peri and the owner said yes. We get home and take a bite to find that the sauce is the peri peri. Call the shop and the person we spoke to was extremely rude and argued that the order was correct. We advised again that the pizza is not what we paid for as we clearly stated several times before the order was made that we couldn’t not eat spicy food and to swap out the peri peri sauce. Chips are soggy and garlic bread was also soggy and gross. Will not be returning. I would give this a -0 review if it was possible. Do not recommend this place. Clay oven is nearby, affordable and much better food and...
