Bubba Pizza Kensington — Local services in Melbourne

Does not give me an option of negative rating. Okay... we went to dine in for a special occasion. But as soon as the food came I knew we had made a mistake coming here. Until last December I’ve been a regular customer n have loved every meal. People who I have suggested always came back with the same feedback. But as all places this place has gone best to not acceptable since the management has changed hands obviously 🙄 This that went wrong: The chips my daughter ordered had salt rolled on each one of them. My daughter went up n just mentioned it but na...not the least bit of courtesy to offer new chips(as we had just started the meal). The Parma was half the size it used to be n two out of the 3 were burnt from the bottom. When I went to pay I told her of my experience n she was so not interested. Then when I left I realised she’d over charged me. I went back n she just wanted to argue instead of listening. Then finally ...Zoe(I’m not sure of the name) came. Thank God someone in there had good customer service skills. She refunded the overcharge and apologised n as I was leaving(literally at the door) the Indian girl had to put her two cents worth of attitude in “Don’t need your feedback”. So here it is!! If you’re happy to pay for this kind of service... please go ahead. But bad service with a bad attitude is something I’d think 10 times before...

Pizza is good, been couple of times when in the area, but quality has declined considerably since the new owners took over. One time we came in at opening time 5pm, only 1 table had people... we ordered and thought we would get our meals pretty quick considering they just opened, we ordered just 2 pizzas, and only 1 other table had people. 4 subsequent groups came and somehow got their pizzas served first, only logical reason was they were all mates as one of the guys came and greeted them like so. You can keep your mates and I will keep my money. Not coming back to this backward...

Beyond pathetic service, we asked for a table for 2...a table for 2!!! And since they were booked out we were willing to wait and the answer we got was don't know and he left, didn't offer takeaway didn't offer to let us wait inside simply just left...I came all the way from the city to try halal pizza...sorry but you guys and the humiliating staff along with zero ambience is so not worth it, never ever coming back.
