BUYERS BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Desi Tandoori customer service is atrocious! Staff member over the phone promised replacement dish along with food item forgotten upon delivery.... When delivery driver arrived with no replacement dish we called the restaurant to query why, they firstly pretended not to know about the promised replacement, then when they refused to come to a solution OTHER then placing a new MINIMUM $30 delivery, we let the driver leave. We then called the restaurant again to discuss, which we then received refusal of the manager speaking to us, laughing, a suggestion to ask Eat Now for a refund, and thennnnn a suggestion to call the police.....? All because of $4.00? I don't understand why they had to muck us around so much especially when we're loyal customers who have, until now, left very shining reviews. Never ordering from...

I have eaten from here enough times to review. The problem with this place is, there is no consistency in their cooking. At one time, if you like what you order and you order again, it’s completely different from what you ate before.

I also find that all their curries have the same base and so they all taste the same. They used to make the best naans a couple of years ago. But now, even that is bad- dry, smaller in size and felt like they are old and microwaved before serving.

Even today, I ordered some Dahi papdi chat and they missed the tamarind chutney and green chutney. It was just a mix of yoghurt, boiled potatoes and papdi with a sprinkle of chilli powder on top. No chance that they forgot to add the sauces because all three of them were the same. I won’t be buying from here anymore just because of their lack of interest in retaining...

Very ridiculous experience.. I ordered Kadai paneer , butter chicken When I got my order I was shocked about the price . I paid 56 dollars and taste 0% .I think Indian street food is better than this restaurant. Seriously, owner just stealing money from people . They have no good cook and not any experience. They should have to lock the door of their restaurant. I didn’t understand why they are not providing that taste which are we required. If we are ordering kadai panner , butter chicken , sahi paneer etc but gravy is same . Moreover, I don’t have words forNaan and lacha prantha of this restaurant because I think we can make at home better than from them. Actually, they just opened restaurant that’s it.
