I called the store after 50 minutes to enquire about the status of my delivery, only to be told it had JUST gotten put in the oven. I asked to cancel the order and said that 50 minutes on a Tuesday night and to be kept waiting is not good enough. The person I spoke to said to stop yelling at her, I had not even raised my voice. She said she can't cancel it because it's in the oven now. I told her that's their problem not mine and that after 50 minutes for it to just go into the oven is ridiculous. I asked her to stop condescending me by calling me "hun"...she then hung up on me. No apology. No care that I after almost an hour had to follow up the order or else would have been left waiting. No customer service, calling me "hun" AND hanging up on me. I did not yell, raise my voice nor become rude in any way but I will be very publicly shaming this store for how they treat their customers. I am glad I did not give them my money, what a disgusting...
   Read moreTried Dominos Beaconsfield 4/2/2020 for the first time the other night We ordered a BBQ chicken and Rasher Bacon Pizza, Garlic bread & a 1.25 Pepsi To say that we were disappointing with the pizza is a bit of an understatement Pizza had very little topping and was tasteless If this is the quality of their $23.00 Pizza l would hate to order their cheaper ones I guess what made it even worse was the complete lack of interest by the manager when we rang up to have a chat about what was delivered to us I really wish we had taken a pic of what was delivered
We are very disappointed with Dominos Beaconsfield and their manager We will never go back again & would not recommend them to anyone

We placed an order online, which after waiting over an hour never arrived. Called the store phone numerous times, eventually got through and got told by the guy that they are about to start making it, an hour and a half after placing the order.
Last 2 times this happened, the excuse was we are short staffed, I understand staffing shortage is an issue most businesses are dealing with - however, either be upfront about delivery times or don’t accept orders and money if you can’t deliver within reasonable time.
To make matters worse they can’t refund my money for 5 to 7 business days.
Won’t be ordering pizza from Dominos...
