Domino's Pizza Clayton — Restaurant in Melbourne

Today at 1600 h, I went to domino’s Clayton with my family, I ordered pizza, chips and Pepsi 600 ml bottle. The guy not wearing any name badge? found it bit unprofessional and claiming his name to be AJ was serving on the counter. It was hard for my 5 year old to drink from bottle, so I requested a plastic cup from him, the guy told me that they have no cups available. It was not the case before because I usually visit this and other domino’s nearby and I never felt this issue. I dined in with my family and at the end found no tissue box on the table. I politely requested this guy to give tissues and he told me that grab it from other table where others customers were dining. I also noted plastic cups inside, I asked this guy AJ that why he didn’t give cup and denied that he had none when it was there. I was happy to pay for the cup if he would have told me to buy one but he refused that he has no cup when a whole lot of cups was hanging inside. On the top of that there should be tissue box on each table but instead of placing one, this guy wanted me to pick tissue paper from other table and that too in a very rude and loud noise. He was very argumentative and had no knowledge of customer service and no professionalism at all. I don’t like pinpointing anyone but I found this place and this staff as big disaster.

Not recommended to any family who want to spend some nice time with nice pizza .I would give no star if possible but I had to give one...

If the delivery driver is being sent directly from the restaurant, please DO NOT order from here. The driver from this specific Domino's doesn't do his best to deliver the food to the rightful owner. If you call the restaurant( which is sadly the only option at that time), the person who receives the call covers the terrible mistakes of the driver and tell you that they are sorry and can do nothing for you. The person who spoke to me also clearly lied that they called me when no one did just to hide their mistakes. They'll tell u to ask UberEats (the medium I used for my order) for help through the app and try for a refund to escape the situation quickly. All this, after waiting for longer than an hour. Delivery time was estimated to be 20 minutes.

My order was more than an hour late from 11:55PM to 1AM+ . I was still patient until they delivered wrongly. When i called in, a guy mentioned that my food has been delivered. Person over the call mentioned that the driver arrived and 3 guys picked up my order from him. I am the only female waiting at the door. In fact, the instruction was to leave the order at the door. I'm not sure why it was handed to those three guys randomly without asking their names. This is just unprofessional on so many levels....

Worst customer service ever by a new manager who is cutting pizzas and not following the instructions given by customer to clean the cutter before cutting the pizzas coming from the Oven. Orders were taken by delivery drivers who don't have knowledge about the offers you promote. If there are promotions in the App you have to honor them with the code. Don't say to order from the app. Store should take the order with the code from app given by the customer. Got 3 drivers to take my order and messed up and taken partial order and cooked same pizza again. When asked about it I was accused of arguing despite an apology. If you are new and busy please have an extra staff, despite sending someone home. Only 1 pizza is hot as I waited 40 mins with 3 pizzas over the counter with me for 20 mins instead of Hot box with wrong sauce on top in one of the pizza. Never walking back to your store again. Don't be racist with your fellow Indian. We all moved here for better life and need some respect. You are taking respect from me, I expect the...
