How is the pizza checker letting this happen? After asking the employee why the pizza was this burnt, they said it was because of the oregano. This has never happened to me with any other dominos, so it could not be the fault of the oregano. Their feedback forms do not work. Why are large pizza's so much smaller now? I contacted dominos on phone call several times to resolve my issue. The first call someone picked up and said to call back after five hours, because the manager was not there. The second call, the manager did not want to pick up and gave it to an employee to talk to me instead and told me that they couldn’t do anything for the order as it has passed a day, but it had only been 18 hours. Next, the employee said sorry but you have to deal with it for now, try to tell us the day it happens, so we can fix it. This is what I have literally done, I told this person that it’s too burnt for anyone to eat and they refused to talk to me any further and ended the call to not have to deal with me. Now, I have no refund and no compensation. I had to throw away my pizza for how burnt it was. This awful customer service needs to be addressed. I went to the store to complain to see if I can get further help on this issue, but they told me to bring the burnt pizza with me. The smelt of burnt food is just as bad as eating it, so I did not have it. Zero compensation, zero satisfaction, zero value for money, zero mouths to fill tonight, and 100 percent time and money wasted for a zero resolution process. Read moreI am a regular customer and I have never experienced such a rude behaviour. I don't know why you don't spend time on training your employees. I ordered a spicy peppy paneer pizza. Day: 14/09/2023, Time: 9:39PM. I went to pick up my order and I opened the package before paying and I found that there is no peri-peri sauce and not properly made. When I started checking, this lady who is over the counter says we don't have peri peri sauce. I asked you should mention that while I was making the order so that I wouldn't have ordered it and she goes saying "I am not responsible for it". EXCUSE ME??? Am I buying the pizza or selling it? Who else would be responsible for not mentioning that earlier? If your employer says he can't pay you because his business isn't running and it's not his problem, would you accept it? What kind of a stupid explanation is that? And I denied to pay or take the pizza. And she says we are going to throw it anyway so take it. Do you think you are running a charity? Read moreI’m quite disappointed in the service delivery experience of our last three consecutive orders from this store. The first issue happened they called me and said they couldn’t deliver my order. At first I thought, fair enough, they don’t have enough drivers to deliver and it’s fine if I need to go and pick it up. When I picked it up, they missed some items in my order, but once again, I let it slide as they were quite busy. The second issue was they marked the order as delivered but it hadn’t arrived yet. It eventually arrived cold and wasn’t a great experience, especially for the fact that my partner and I both found hairs in our pizzas and the extra toppings we paid for apparently meant two extra baby spinach leaves. The third issue is that the pizza was marked as delivered once again, despite never having arrived. It was delivered after an hour and the pizza was cold, milkshake was basically room temperature. Three strikes. Won’t be a returning customer until there are some significant service improvements at the store.
