Domino's Pizza Lilydale — Restaurant in Melbourne

Needs to be more fresh and have less price , the $5 pizza is not great at all. What happened to the CHEFS BEST PIZZA? The supreme one. That had a really nice sauce and had kalamata olives. A hot and spicy of some sort. The chefs best range from 2014-2015 was the best they had. Yes they were smaller pizzas but I would buy 2 of them. From bayswater store or kilsyth. BRING BACK the chefs best pizza !! I dont mind the peri peri chicken pizza but it is toooo spicy and could use feta cheese and the peri aioli needs to have more mayo.

I also find these pizzas make me feel sick due to tasting so much of oil , that bad takeaway feel. Yes its takeout pizza but your GOURMET pizza range should be exempt from these defincies.

The customer service is very good. Warm friendly staff ; who always go to great lengths to help. the issue isn't the elite staff , it's the management, and the pizza making methods...

I'm am extremely disappointed. My friend wanted to get Domino's, so I added a mousse on cause I felt like a nice dessert. When the delivery guy gets to my house, I say right off the bat that the mousse wasn't there. He says it's in one of the boxes, he walks off, I check everything and it wasn't there. I run up to the car and tell him, it's not there, I don't expect him to come back for just that, so I ask if he can just get it refunded. Do I hear anything from Domino's? Nothing. Yes, it's only $5.50, but it's $5.50 for something I was super excited for cause I felt like that in particular. I'm very annoyed cause if they want customers be more than a one time buyer, they need to show they can fix thier mistakes.

Came in ordered 2 pizza garlic bread and 2 cans of coke. Left without grabbing the cans, so my partner went back to grab them. Said to the staff member: I’m just grabbing our drinks I forgot. The staff member replied: just so you know I’m about to stocktake that fridge...

In what part of hospitality is that a good idea to say to a customer? You’ve literally just accused him of stealing...2 cans of coke. Are they coming out of your pocket are they? That whole 50¢ they cost dominos? Learn how to speak to customers because it is never ok to accuse someone without proof that they are stealing. Next time maybe just ask to see a receipt or speak to the girl who served us and ask if we did in fact...
