I am an Uber Eats delivery driver and have been maliciously given poor ratings by your restaurant twice in a row, claiming I did not have a bag, which is utterly unfounded. The incidents happened two days ago. I delivered two orders for your restaurant. During the first delivery, the staff member Reddy did not mention anything about a bag nor ask me to show one. When I came back to deliver the second order, Reddy asked if I had a bag. I told him I had an insulated bag in my car, but I mentioned that your restaurant should at least provide paper bags for the food for easy carrying and to prevent spills. My insulated bag is only for keeping the food warm during transport. He impatiently said, "We don't provide bags; it's the delivery drivers' responsibility," and then went back to his work.
After I completed the second delivery, I was shocked to find that your restaurant had given me poor ratings for both deliveries, citing the reason as not having a bag. I immediately drove back to confront him and showed him the insulated bag in my car. Reddy said that the ratings are the manager's responsibility and that he cannot change them.

Read moreThis whole experience was fundamentally abysmal and woeful. I must convey my deep disappointment regarding multiple facets of my first and only Dominos Mill Park encounter. Firstly, I must express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service, as the protracted duration of 80 minutes, compounded by the non-functional Domino's app driver track, left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. The arrival of the delivery was so belated that I could have easily made the journey myself on foot, collected my order, and returned home in a more timely manner, even if I had moved at a sluggish pace. Additionally, despite my attempts to contact the shop via telephone, which amounted to no less than 13 unanswered calls, I was left with no recourse but to sit hopelessly and wait for the delivery to arrive. Regrettably, the food was delivered at a temperature that was far colder than the desired temperature, leaving me bereft of any appetite for the cold pizza. In light of these various issues, it is only fair to acknowledge the driver's pleasant demeanor as the sole redeeming factor in an otherwise lackluster experience. Haven’t had pizza in years. The pizza & garlic bread was ready but the ice cream sundae was not prepared. The lass serving was full of apologies, but unable to get the chocolate sauce out of not one but two bottles. She eventually, after trying for 5 minutes scooped out the hard chocolate sauce in lumps & tried valiantly to get it into the cup. Finally she goes to get the ice cream out of a ‘bucket’ I think was some sort of fridge under the bench. Guess they don’t get many orders for this & I see a sloppy watery mess which you cannot possibly call ice cream slopped into the cup & as a result the cup now has sticky mess on outside. She quickly wipes the cup with lord knows what as it’s out of sight. The cup was still sticky when I had to put it in the cup holder in the car. I get home only to find the ice cream, if you can call it that, is melted & the cheezy garlic bread is burnt black on the...
