Domino's Pizza Richmond — Restaurant in Melbourne

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. WORST EXPERINCE EVER. I ordered a pizza at 7:45pm for me and my kids. At the time the estimated delivery was 8:15pm. It got to 8:30 so i called the store and they said delivery would be 30-50 minutes from that time, even though i live 2 blocks away. It got to 9 so i called back, no answer, called again, no answer, called again, no answer, called again, no answer, called again, was put on hold for 11 minutes while someone called the driver to see where the order was....but that person never came back to the phone after 11 minutes. I hung up and called back again, no answer, called again and was told the order was complete - but it wasn't. The pizza FINALLY arrived at 9:45, 2 hours after i made the order. It was cold and sloppy. I called this store 7 times. The pizza took 2 hours to deliver and when it finally arrived it was of poor quality.This is by far the worst customer service i have experienced and judging by the google reviews this must be a common occurrence...

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. The only reason you get dominos is because it quick and cheap. Well we were starving so we opted for the quick option and gave dominos a go with all these 20min delivery claims. As it turns out dominos is not even cheap compared to the countless other better pizza joints around, but we were after speed. So order placed, screen says 30min eta. 1 hr later and no sign of the pizza, the estimate keeps going up. By now I'm ready to eat my face. I ring the restaurant and speak to dave. He rudely says the order is nowhere near being collected by the driver, so they wont start cooking it even for a while. No apology for the delay even. A bit over 2 hours after order I get my pizza. What a joke. This is the kind of issue that will send this franchise bankrupt. I will never be giving any more money to dominos. Ever. I...

Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered on Uber eats. I have ordered before and mange to get my delivery. Granted it was much later than claimed to be, however this time my order never arrived. I called up the store and they said they would put me in contact with the driver. A few minutes later he called me. I’ve never spoken to a more unhelpful person. He decided he’d just dump the pizza no where near my house and send me a photo of a place I’ve never seen before. He then proceeded to Hang up on me when I was asking for details about how to find it, I then called back the store and the lady was so rude she said “he’s sent us a photo of the delivery you can just get a refund from Uber eats”. Yes he sent you a photo of my pizza at the wrong location. These people should not be dealing with customers. Very disappointed....
