Phenomenal Food, Flawless Service, and a Perfect Event Venue We recently hosted a work event for 36 people at this restaurant, and I can confidently say it exceeded expectations on every level — food, service, and atmosphere.

🍽️ Food The food was absolutely phenomenal — every dish was full of flavour, beautifully balanced, and served generously. Despite being a buffet for a large group, the quality was exceptional across the board.

Our menu included:

Entrees: Lamb Seekh Kebab, Cauliflower Manchurian

Mains: Butter Chicken, Vegetable Korma, Paneer Malai Methi, Beef Madras

Sides: Butter Naan, Saffron Rice, Garden Salad, Raita

Dessert: Gulab Jamun

Each dish stood out in its own right. The meats were tender and well-marinated, the vegetarian options were rich and flavourful, and even the sides were thoughtfully prepared. The Gulab Jamun was the perfect sweet finish.

🤝 Service The service was just as impressive. Staff were friendly, attentive, and polite throughout the evening. The owner was incredibly easy to work with — flexible, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the night seamless. Organising the menu and logistics was surprisingly simple thanks to their professionalism.

My husband George and I strongly believe food is basically the soul of a wedding party, serve amazing food and people will talk about it for a long time.

George and I visited many restaurants before landing at Jai Ho and we instantly clicked with the owner Saurabh. He was extremely supportive in helping us choose our wedding menu without being pushy. By the time we walked out of the initial meeting, we both knew we were going to have Jai Ho cater on our big day and obviously this turned out to be one of the best decisions we made.

Our guests were extremely happy with the food and the service. The team was extremely organised and made sure the food was served on time & our guests weren't left waiting for refills. Saurabh's mum who is a part of his team, had recently come out of an eye surgery yet she chose to work on our big day only to make sure perfect food is served. On my visit to Jai Ho Indian Restaurant in Richmond, I enjoyed a flavorful spread of Chicken Tikka, Butter Chicken, and Garlic Naan.

The Chicken Tikka was a definite highlight. Each piece of chicken was tender and juicy, marinated in a rich blend of spices and grilled to perfection in the tandoor. The smoky, charred flavor added depth to the dish, making it a delightful start to the meal. The Butter Chicken, which was every bit as indulgent as I’d hoped. The sauce was rich and creamy with a balance of mild spices. It was a comfort food experience in every bite.

The Garlic Naan was soft, warm, and perfectly infused with garlic, making it an excellent companion to the butter chicken, ideal for soaking up the delicious sauce.
