My husband and I have never liked cake. We’re the people who politely decline dessert at parties. But then Alice happened—and now we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our cakes. She made our wedding cake (which we were fully prepared to ignore) and it ended up being one of the highlights of the day. Since then, she’s nailed my first mother's day cake AND our son’s first and second birthday cakes like an absolute cake assassin.

They don’t just look amazing (which they do)—they taste unreal. Moist, flavorful, never too sweet, just pure magic. And don’t even get me started on her cookies. Those things should come with a warning label. One bite and you’re hooked. We now have a whole crew of friends who’ve converted to the Church of Alice after trying her stuff. Basically, if she ever stops baking, we riot.

We recently ordered our magnificent wedding cake from Miss Trixie Drinks Tea and we were absolutely thrilled with the result! Alice - you are an absolute cake genius!

We absolutely adored our super delicious cake (Berry Passionate) and we received SO many compliments from our family and friends (so much so that our guests were stealing cake slices from other tables!). The cake was perfectly moist, balanced and all the flavours shone through - the passionfruit curd was particularly exceptional!

Alice was so wonderful to work with, and was always so lovely, responsive and really attuned to our needs. We also loved the gorgeous decorations that complemented our colour palette perfectly! We loved Alice’s cakes so much that we’ve already ordered another cake for Christmas!

Oh my! I got the most incredible custom cake. The mission, a retro murderous black love-heart cake with cherries, shimmer, blood and a knife topper with text. Oh. And it had to be delicious and fresh. It was absolutely A MAY ZING. I researched other cute retro cakes, but they couldn’t do the whole brief…including that the cake itself was super fresh with organic eggs, actual butter & no premix. The gorgeous humans at miss trixie answered my incessant question and let me shift flavours around to suit the birthday girl’s palate. Also, they had next to NO NOTICE. I opted to pickup because my deadline was hard and goodness, what lovely people IRL and stunning frontage. Thank you so so so much. I’m thrilled I remembered you from yonks ago and that you accepted...
