The only reason there is even a one star for my review is for the ONE manager who was nice enough to speak to me with respect and come up with a solution for the issues I was facing, i have never been disrespected more in my life the workers have put me on hold and forgotten or not bothered to actually take my order or help me with my enquiry they have hung up on me they have sent me the wrong food and burnt it and have also on top of that told me they will call me back and have just completely ignored calls from my number, $60 order gone wrong and they can't even compensate not only for how poor the order was but how unprofessional and rude the workers I spoke to were. Extremely disappointed as I have been a regular customer for years. And I can tell you now once I've resolved this issue I will never order from them again absolutely disgusted (photos for reference, I had ordered a prawn pizza with extra extra prawn and it literally came with 4 prawns, and I had ordered a BBQ pineapple pizza and received a normal pizza, the garlix bread was supposed to be cheeky garlic bread but as seen in pictures it was burnt and there was barely any cheese on it what so ever) definetly don't recommend dominos sunshine west as they have disgusting customer service and poor food service...
Read moreI am a fan of Domino’s pizza since it opened. Every time I’m going out, I will order some pizzas to bring home to eat so I don’t need to cook. But after what had happened today i will not buy any pizzas from Domino again. I hardly go out much, today me and my 95 year old mum went to see Dr, before we leave the clinic i called sunshine domino to order some pizzas. I ‘ve been served by a male worker who was not properly trained in his job, I forgot his name, I’ve never ever seen anyone work industry so rude like him in my life. I ordered 2 pizzas and he told me how much it’s cost. I want to add 2 more to my order so I asked him to tell me what other types of pizzas he had after my question finished. He doesn’t care what i want to order he jumped to the conclusion. He said, I am wasting his time. If I want to know about other types of pizzas I have to go online to order it myself. Coz he busy then he served the people in store. He was very rude to served me like this on the phone. He doesn’t want to served someone like me as his customer on the phone. Read moreEver since the new XL pizza size came out I have noticed the regular "Large" pizza shrunken smaller to the point it is ridiculous for the cost they charge. It is absolutely ridiculous and a joke. Each slice used to take me a couple bites to finish now I can take one bite and 90% of the slice is gone. It is smaller than my hand.
I gave the store a call and informed of them of the atrocity they called "pizza" and they said they can't do anything about it and that it is the "recommended" size and offered me to buy their new XL range for extra $3.
Well seeing that neither the store couldn't do anything or even bothered to attempt to make me as a paying customer happy, then they have lost me as a customer permanently until they improve their pizza sizes and customer services.
