CANT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES OR TAKE HONEST FEEDBACK. Ive been in hospitality 27 years and never have experienced such rude and shocking service. Im also of indian origin and sadly it gives indians a bad name also by not following a basic code of practice in customer service. People come based on speed and convenience. Ordered a pizza and specifically said thin crust. Got told 10mins for order and waited almost 20. 10km away i open the box and the crust is wrong. Call them up. The guy answering (who called himself the manager later on) doesnt solve the problem. I have to insist on a re bake. Get back to store 20mins later and my dockets still lying on the counter. The manager guy comes up and starts blaming me. Says the first guy who served me was a trainee. I just said nicely that its really inconvenient and i specifically stated thin crust. He went on to blatantly lie to me saying he was standing next to the counter when order was placed. He was at the back making pizzas by the oven at the time of the order. No apology and lay blame on customer. Told him its a disgrace, and still no apology and trying to pick a fight with me. Then he points to his name tag and says: im the manager... tell head office. Store Vermont Sth. Time 4:00pm. Shocking disgrace in food service standards. Judging by the behaviour and level of mentality depicted totally ruining the industry. No wonder not many serious businesses will hire Indians any more. It doesn't take much to admit a mistake and in 9/10 times the customer will be ok, but when you lie and cheat your way out of a mistake and blame the customer, this is a no go in the golden book of customer service, and your only thinking of yourself and not the customer, let alone calling yourself a manager and vexing hungry customers in a hurry!!... have a good think and do a...
Read morePizzas are made on time and delicious, although sometimes they can be oily. They have $5 pizzas as well as traditional pizzas. I ordered the two chicken pizzas; the chicken and tomato on the left and chicken supreme on the right. The chicken supreme was slightly a bit too oily on the base but was still delicious. The texture of the crust was has a nice chewy and slight crunch to it, and the toppings on both pizzas were quite generous and the perfect portion so they don’t spill out everywhere but aren’t too little. They are generous with the meat ( chicken ) which I find some companies lack on. Overall, it was around $16 for two pizzas (with coupons, normally would be around 26 which is still decent considering other places are $26 for 1 pizza) which is cheap and affordable price for a lazy takeaway dinner. I recommend the barbeque sauce base with the chicken supreme as it added a bit of sweetness and kick of flavour to the toppings. The tomato chicken was pizza sauce tomato base. A go-to takeaway...

Told the staff at 9pm last night I would be placing an order for 5 extra large pizzas at lunchtime today. I rang to place the order only to be told they had no boxes for extra large pizzas! Nothing said about this last night & they'd have to have known.
The value of the order was to the tune of $100.00
I even suggested they cook up the extra large pizzas, slice them and use the next size down to transport them - thinking outside the square. I was told `it doesn't work that way'.
Well, what way does it work then? No boxes, no service.
Pizza places have been around in Australia for 50+ years - never have I heard of a) Running out of boxes b) Not being able to improvise by slicing and packing them in smaller boxes to ensure business isn't lost.
When I complained I was told I was `abusing' this woman.
