Donut King Epping Pacific K39 — Restaurant in Melbourne

We go weekly to donut king as my twin boys love it as a treat. Today I was so so dissapointed, I asked for 2 pink star donuts and 4 hot cinnamon donuts, what we got was 4 cold and hard cinnamon dounuts not to mention one yellow star and one pink star. I went to sit down and noticed the two different colour of donuts and took the yellow one back, she put it back on the rack and swapped with the pink one. I was gobsmacked the hygiene curiosity I have now for that place is high not to mention the girls working today were rude, all they did was talk to eachother and not even notice the lack of customer service they provided. It's appalling to see this and to know that a donut that was given to someone and then returned got put back on the rack to resell during this time after covid and being so close to a hospital health and hygiene should be held...

we went to DK today for the 6 cinnamon donuts for $6 special. We normally stop at DK where ever we are because their hot cinnamon donuts and coffee are great but AVOID this store. We ordered the $6 special x2 and it took 15 min of waiting and then finally handed the donuts in a box , we should have opened the box before leaving rather than when we got home because we got shriveled up circles of cinnamon and sugar rubbish. If i had of opened the box in store i would have gone bunta. seriously give this place a wide birth and...

My personal experience was very disappointing to say the least. The last 2 times I’ve asked for the Seniors deal and asked for a Small coffee and they try and charge me $570 instead of $5. Then I was told at 349 pm that I couldn’t have my coffee in a small mug because they were about to close at 5 pm 🧐. After some discussion I finally got what I wanted.
