Delivery order on Friday, 19.5.23 at approx 7:30 PM. The food had a long blonde hair in it. The lady on the phone had no clue about customer service. I know working in the food industry can be hard and I am never rude on the phone to customer service but imagine having your dinner ruined on a Friday night and the staff does absolutely nothing to acknowledge their mistake. She straight up said "we cant help you because its friday and its busy". I was on the phone and without putting me on hold she kept talking about me to the rest of the staff, "shes saying this" "shes saying that" and I could hear exactly how inconsiderate they all were. A male voice and a lady in the back were telling her what to say, none told her to apologise or be nice. No refund, no replacement. I tried their original burger along with an 8-piece flavoured chicken. The chicken was incredibly tender and packed with flavour, while the burger buns were soft, fresh, and well-prepared.

What really stood out to me was their unique “gloves-on” concept. They provide disposable gloves before the meal, which means you can enjoy your food without getting your hands messy—no need to visit the washroom afterward. I haven’t seen this thoughtful idea in any other restaurant, and I truly appreciated it.

They also provide plastic sheets on the table where you can place your leftovers and tie them up easily—another small but practical touch that shows attention to detail.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Took one burger for takeaway and paid 20-cent fee for the small size box. Great food and a smart, hygienic setup....

0 Star, met a cunning girl taking orders (who wears glasses); asked her about sauce base; she rudely said to read the menu; I got offended, asked her not to be rude; and placed the order.

I don't know what she was thinking; however, when my order was ready in the kitchen; she quietly snicked inside and brought the food (so other worker couldn't see) and just left on the beach; and convincing other worker the food was for someone else. They served many food before and many after my order however didn't serve mine.
