McDonalds — Restaurant in Melbourne

The MANAGER on duty on Monday 9/01/23 at around 10am was sooo EXTREMELY RUDE! Unfortunately she didn’t have a name badge on so couldn’t get her name although I asked but she didn’t give it to me. I was there patiently waiting for my order even though I was waiting for more than 10min. This girl which calls herself a “manager” was so disrespectful and didn’t even apologize of what she did to me. Rolling her eyes when I said she was being rude. Is that the kind of manager you want to handle your branch? She thinks she can just talk to anybody like that!? She has no respect to customers! There were a few people there asking for their order numbers but her response was just rude. If she’s having a bad day then take a frkn day off and don’t ruin our day like that! If you hate your job,quit! YOU ARE RUDE AND SO DISRESPECTFUL! AS A MANAGER, SHAME ON YOU! YOU DON’T DESERVE THAT TITLE! Before I even got my food I got ran over by a lady on a wheelchair not even a simple sorry so that’s how I knew my dad would turn out bad let alone it’s my birthday as well the cashier very respectful but when I got my food my frappe which was a LARGE was not even half way full and got covered up with whip cream. I went and complained fyi I never do and I was very polite about it saying how it was a medium instead of a large and the chaser was super nice but asked his boss if he could redo my order, to which the boss said in a rude and disrespectful tone “there wasn’t enough cream” IF THERES NOT ENOUGH CREAM WHY HAVE THE LARGE FRAPPE AN OPTION. Compare and contrast to my friend who got a MEDIUM it was only a centimeter taller which is equivalent to one sip. I am always admirer of McDonald's. But today, I didn't get happy when I received my meal. The outer cover was oily from side and bottom when handed over to me..stuff was just tucked inside forcefully. When I checked the meal inside, oil was dripping from hasbrown and it was sticked with paper firmly that it was difficult for me to eat. Then I discovered the stale smell in the chicken nuggets as it was so old it might make me sick. I am not sure , If I again visit the store or not. Staff was in hurry and they were not in the mood to listen extra stuff from anyone. Really...
