Noh Modern Japanese — Restaurant in Melbourne

I went to this place and they were putting their food into containers because the shop was about to close. I asked them if they were halal and they said yes, chicken and beef halal. I looked at their options and picked out one, and I thought chose a chicken and noodles container, but i double checked with her and asked her, "is this chicken?" she said "yes yes its chicken" acting like she's in a rush and wanted to sell the product as quick as possible. I paid for the food and left, but when i opened the container i saw there was beef and pork as well, even though she told me it was only chicken. I went back and told her if i could swap one because I took a beef pork chicken one instead of just chicken. The worker said "why do you want to switch" i told her because I thought I got chicken and the worker confirmed it was chicken, but instead it was chicken pork and beef, and i cant eat pork and specifically asked for a only chicken container. She let me swap and I returned to my seat, keep in mind I was sitting down with a friend on the other side of the center. I opened my food and noticed the chicken was PINK. Yes, you read that right, it was RAW. I was shocked and furious on how they could serve me raw chicken. By the time i realized, the store was closed and I couldn't return back. I ate the noodles part and left the chicken and was incredibly disappointed with this meal. Highly don't recommend as they don't value customers needs and requirements and only care...

A big NO to this place. Very very very very Rude women who was serving dish. I asked for a small vegetarian noodles . I asked her what comes in that deal and she said vegetarian noodles by itself. I asked for some vegies aswell and she basically charged extra $5 for three pieces of broccoli and two small slices of zucchini. I paid $15.50 for a small portion of noodles and few pieces of broccoli. I went back to check with the other lady asking how many dishes we get when we choose small plate deal and she said 2 dishes. So basically I paid extra $5 for nothing I am still hungry. My point is not to argue on small portion but how she was rude and basically ripped off intentionally. I have had many asian foods in the similar places but never ever had issue. In fact I had to throw some not being able to finish with the same amount being paid. So please...

Ensure to Check your receipts they process inflated charges on card payments. I had on two different occasions got sushi which was discounted at end of day. One occasion was 12$ and another was 5$. Food is good! I couple of days later discovered my online transactions they charged me 38$ and another 17$. Going through pains of disputing transactions. Considering this has occurred more than once I’m hoping this review...
