I recently had a fantastic lunch at Dumpling Lin in Frankston and I can't wait to share my experience. The highlight of my meal was the mouthwatering combination of their freshly made dumplings and flavorful noodles.

The moment I entered the restaurant, I was captivated by the sight of the dumplings being prepared right in front of me. It was a treat to witness the skilled chefs expertly folding and shaping the dumplings with such precision. Knowing they were made fresh only heightened my anticipation.

This place is a shambles, got food a couple of times, every single time my phone order is never ready, they don’t take a name. Tonight I placed a phone order, they said 15mins, I arrive 15 mins later, wait in line for 10 mins while the 2 ladies are incompetently trying to juggle 15 things at once and not completing any orders. They take phone orders instead of serving anyone (even though they don’t make the phone orders?!?!) when I finally got served my food wasn’t ready, and they told me it would be 10 minutes, I just left. The dumplings aren’t worth the wait, the place is gross and the staff are genuinely useless, I’ve never seen a place where their sole business is takeaway food be so bad at it. Go somewhere else literally any other dumpling...

I’ve eaten many dumplings over many years. These are the best I’ve ever tasted. I called and ordered some frozen vegetarian dumplings. They cooked well at home - both steamed and also in the air fryer. Beware - there’s not too much oil in these dumplings - That’s a good thing. The pastry is outstanding and the filling is fresh and tasty. This appears to be a family operation- They’re doing so well with their dumpling production. I will buy many more dumplings and I hope others will too -This establishment deserves all the dumping...
