Very rude staff especially the lady inside the kitchen I am helping u delivery order to customer if u very busy order can not come out at least said it nicely and be kind not yelling and I’m not work for u

Message reply to restaurant owner Indeed, I have two orders, the staff at the front desk told me that one was ready and the other would have to wait for 20 minutes. The female staff at the front desk asked me very politely to deliver the first order and then come back. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver first order have to collect all orders then only can start trip,For the second order there are two item salad and a chicken wrap, so I think 20 minutes is OK, so I be patient waited quietly and did not ask you to put this order in the first one. The first order was given to me by one of your receptionist girls, and I told her I got second order but she didn't say anything and went off to do her thing.

You said that there are 14 orders to be waited that need 30-40 minutes to prepare and cook I never heard this from the girl at the reception desk. I find it quite unprofessional that you’re trying to discredit a genuine review simply because you recognized my name or profile picture. I visited your restaurant with my husband, we paid for the meal and service, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. My review reflects that real visit as a customer.

The fact that I now work as a delivery driver doesn’t invalidate the experience I had as a paying customer at your venue. It’s disappointing to see that instead of taking feedback as an opportunity to improve, you chose to publicly question someone’s credibility.

right about one thing: yes, I did go to your restaurant yesterday to collect a DoorDash order. But that has nothing to do with the review — one thing doesn’t cancel out the other. Being there reminded me of the bad experience I had as a customer, so I finally decided to share it. I have photos and a date from that visit to prove it was a real experience and not some kind of “retaliation” as you claimed. Threatening to report me for leaving honest feedback is unacceptable. I stand by my review and I hope you reflect on how your responses reflect your business.

It was a night to try some new places for a souvlaki instead of always going to Oakleigh. We decided to check this place out. My mother had come here with a group from box Hill sometime ago and while I picked her up from here it tasted good. Our meals were nice, our souvlakia cooked well and our friends meals were nice as well. Our Feta with honey and seeds was great, never had anything that thick before but there is always a first. With some Greek Ouzo to wash it down for us boys and some bubbly for the wives. We were disappointed with the service after they had given us our meals and they kinda forgot us. It would have been great for them to come and ask us if we wanted anything else, more drinks etc... after finishing off our meals, we were going to leave and head into Oakleigh or our place for a coffee but our friends decided to just stay here. So we ordered coffee and some sweets. I got the baklava and the rest bought the YoYo. They liked theirs but my baklava was just ok. The syrup was way too thick and sweet. It still went down well but I didn't enjoy it as much as I would normally enjoy it at every other place I buy it from.
