Encore Pizza Footscray — Restaurant in Melbourne

I'm giving them four star because of their customer service skills. The pizza is nice and fresh but I'd say it just matches the price really. It's not budget pizza or anything. But the staff are great. The lady gave me $10 off my order plus a free drink and a cookie because it took about 5 mins longer than expected. Can't beat that. And everytime I go there the same lady always gives me a free drink.

I usually get the New Yorker size vegie. It cost $23 which I say is not cheap nor expensive it's just accurate. You get a MASSIVE pizza but it's no more bigger than 2 vegie pizzas from Pizza Hut.

Pleasantly surprised by encore pizza. They offer all the usual favourites when it comes to pizza topping combinations as well as some unique offerings (refer to picture of menu). I tried a large supreme pizza which was loaded full of toppings and had more than your standard amount of cheese, as well as a serve of spaghetti bolognese, pasta was average although the bolognese sauce was quite good in my opinion, though the serving size was on the small side for the price( serving size good for 1 person only, too small to split between 2 people) They are open till late( 1am) even during the week, good for those late night cravings. Not wholly authentic Italian cuisine but worth a try...

Terrible experience for my first visit, went to buy a cheese cakes ( which is premade in a fridge) which is advertised at 6.50 and was informed as it's past 10pm itl be 8 dollars something 🤣 so straight of the bat was introduced to illegal pricing policy. Which was a shame as the pizza isn't to bad but clearly no love for their customer's misleading them. Had they actually followed legal bussiness frame works and not try to screw the consumer I probably would have given them 4 stars, but that was disgusting would...
