Favourite burger place in Pakenham. "The Muffler" is great, way better than it should be based on the description. Who knew chicken and beef went so well together.

Only negatives I'd say are: "The Muffler" is not available for delivery for some reason, so I always have to pick it up myself One time my milkshake was forgotten, which was kind of on me anyway as I didn't double check before leaving The kids meal options tend to be a little average, at least for my kid. Husband ordered online for my birthday and paid from money he had saved since he quit smoking $127.00. The meal was ordered for 5.30pm. When he arrived to pickup at 5.30pm our meals were bagged and already sitting on the counter, bags open and not even under a warmer which resulted in a cold meal by the time he reached home (live 5 minutes away). The burger was ok after been reheated in the oven and there were no straws for the milkshakes that were also ordered. Came here last week and took something back to get fixed up as I did that the kitchen staff then started to laugh and mock me to each other very very loudly whilst I was standing right there! I found this disgusting other customers heard and were staring as well I yelled out I’m standing right here and they kept going!
