To the lady that tried to argue with us as customers over not being served fresh chips and which I kindly asked for fresh chips that were first given to me 3/4 full go get a life! You do not treat customers unfairly if they are right.

Never have we been approached by a worker telling us the chips were fresh and that you had packed them yourself, and half the box had been eaten by us, so therefore you did not want to replace them at all.

The chips you so call prepared for us were cold and crusty. So just to let you know fresh chips are hot and crispy. Your attitude got a big knock back from us, I feel sorry for those that must put up with your awfulness. This job is not for someone like you, give it to someone who...

I don't think I'd had Red Rooster in about 10 years or even stepped foot inside one ever but decided to on a whim recently as YOMG was busy and I honestly came out pretty impressed. The inside was nice and modern, staff were nice and the food was pretty decent didn't take long. It seems like they're trying to compete with KFC with how they're doing the crispy chicken and I would say they're actually outdoing them in that regard lol. Chicken was fresh, crispy and not covered in 2 litres of oil. Only thing that irked me was the cost of a small meal...

We visited this store while passing thru as we travel around Australia. RR is our go to takeaway and although this store is in need of some TLC (rips in seats and stand up table wobbly) the store was clean. The food was hot and fresh. What impressed us the most was the young fella Liam. He did a fantastic job was polite and hand delivered everyone's meals to the table. You don't get that very often. Please make sure He is praised for doing a great job. He will go a long way with the company...
