I made an online order of chocolate eclairs for a very special family occasion a few days in advance. I turned up to collect my order and after a few minutes of confused muttering the staff there let me know 'someone' had forgotten my order. They only had two eclairs left and suggested i select some other items - which being in a hurry and out of options, I did.

There was no apology from the people in the store, no acknowledgement that what i ordered, cost more than what I got. Really average experience - incredibly frustrating too.

Head office did send me a gift voucher after I sent an email complaining, so extra star for service for that. But be careful ordering stuff online, apparently you can't rely on actually getting your...

Im not sure what has happened since my last visit (maybe change of staff). The young lady that took my order this morning around 9am most definitely did not want to be there. She had the most sour, unhappy look on her face and the way she took my order made me feel like i shouldn't be in there. I felt most unwelcome. They use to bring coffee to the table but it was yelled out and i went to get it myself and go sit back down at my table with a take away cup. I placed an order from doordash this morning. I clearly mentioned if you guys are out of hotcross buns then please cancel my whole order meaning I only ordered the whole other thing only because of hotcross bun.
