Flaming Healthy — Restaurant in Melbourne

I loved the food here so much. But the one time I had an issue with the food being a long hair melted through my Parma I decided to call Flaming Healthy to have the issue resolved. The person who answered the call was so rude and basically said “we don’t care make a complaint through Uber we’re closed”(closed 10 minutes ago before my order was delivered) just put me off ordering from here again. It’s not just about the hair in the food now. It’s about your service and decency to be genuinely sorry for ruining a good customers food and then talking to them like they’re just an inconvenience. I’m going to have to find a new Parma place now! Uber have refunded the order from the photos provided. What a lovely place. We stopped here on a whim for dinner on our way home which was still 50 mins away. Ordered the jumbo family pack, which came with 2 chickens, family chips, salad and gravy. Asked if we could sit and eat there, they brought our food and gave us cups for a drink. Great customer service, I couldn't believe the price we paid and the shop was super clean. We used to come here regularly, their chicken, chips and wraps were great, the service used to be amazing, and used to be great value for money. Im pretty sure the ownership has changed if not the staff and quality has drastically.
