Title: A Memorable Dining Experience at Thai @ Point Cook Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai @ Point Cook, and it was an experience to remember. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a symphony of flavors, perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. The duck fried rice was the star of the show. It was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. The duck was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, and the rice was just the right texture. It was a dish that I will remember for a long time. Apart from the green curry, which was not up to the mark, every other dish was spectacular. The flavors were authentic and the ingredients were fresh. The variety of dishes offered something for everyone’s palate. The service was prompt and courteous. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. What stood out was their hospitality. We were there to celebrate a birthday and lost track of time. Even though we exceeded their closing time by 30 minutes, none of the waiters or the manager rushed us. They allowed us to enjoy our celebration without any interruption, which was greatly appreciated. In conclusion, Thai @ Point Cook offers a great dining experience with its delicious food, excellent service, and warm hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Thai cuisine.

Just loved the food. Reminded me of the food I had back in SouthEast Asia... They didn't hold back on the flavour, thankfully. Got a pic of just the starter, rest was mauled before I could get a decent pic :). Only feedback would be that they need to pace out the entree's first and then the mains... Regarding the food, we tried the Chicken Satay and Chives dumplings (in pic). Tom Yum soup was just how we like it, Drunken noodles was a full blast of flavour and my new fav, Thai fried rice was yummm and Crispy pork belly was good. The mains were a good sized portion. The ppl at the restaurant were very accommodating and made room for our twin pram when we thought we couldn't squeeze in... Full marks to caring for us inspite of not lacking customers. There is a reason I am writing this review after over a month of visiting the place.. and that's because they guys are genuine, good hearted folks who serve brilliant Thai food who deserve a very big Thumbs Up

We went there today(Sunday, dinner) and ordered a bunch of dishes but the overall experience was 'okay'. I have ordered some Wine, The roasted pork belly, Chicken fried rice, Spiced chicken, 3 flavoured fish fillet dish and some wine (Please note that the names of the dishes are off the top of my head and may not be exact). The roasted pork and the fish fillet dishes were really good, The fried rice portion didn't have enough rice and was underwhelming and the Spiced chicken dish was meh. We had to wait for more than 45 minutes before we were served(and my little one was already grumpy by that time), and it seemed to me like they have constantly forgotten us (forgot to give us the menu, then forgot a couple of requests We've made etc.). The ambiance was chaotic to say the least and the seating was cramped up. I would think twice before going to dine in here in the future(probably won't tbh), and would rather order takeaway or something. Also on a weird side note, there's a 'key' to the washroom, so you have to 'request a key' to get into the washroom (or it would be locked). The staff was friendly therefore, My heart won't allow me to give anything less than 4 starts, also the food was good overall. I would strongly suggest them to rent out a better space and provide a better dining experience....

The food was amazing, I love that they have the Vegan menu, I ordered the Green curry with Sticky Rice. The Green curry tasted amazing, I wouldn't recommend the Sticky Rice for curry, it was very hard and difficult to work together. I've never tried Sticky Rice so maybe that's how it should be. My friends enjoyed their food aswell. I ordered a Drink however they forgot to bring it, you order on a menu with bright colours so I am unsure how they missed it because you can't smudge the texter off. I was on a budget so after 15mins didn't bother asking for it. I didn't obtain the receipt to check if we were charged for it. They don't split bills which is a pity, they asked if we want to split in 3, we interpreted that we can pay for what we ordered but it wasn't the care so although i ordered less due to being on a budget but I had to pay over $10 more to cover my friends food who ordered more than me plus they received their drinks. My friends got their food 10mins before me, I asked if mine was coming because like they forgot my drink i thought they forgot my food. When the waitress brought my food she apologised stating they made my meal Vegetarian rather than Vegan, it would have been nice to state this upon serving my friends food so I don't have to be awkward and have to ask where...
