Subject: Complaint Regarding Coffee Quality 1 - June 2025 Dear Fox trot Cafe I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the coffee I purchased on last Friday or Monday , at your fox trot branch. I ordered a latte, and it had a distinctly burnt taste, making it unpalatable. Excellent fuel before an hours walk. Very tasty - fresh ingredients (I’m tipping it’s from being in close proximity to the South Melbourne/Prahran markets).
