French Fix is an absolute gem in Melbourne City!
If you’re craving a beautifully crafted baguette, this is the spot to go. Each sandwich here is a work of art, carefully assembled with a choice of mouthwatering condiments and fresh ingredients. Whether you’re picking from their menu or customising something unique, every bite is bursting with flavor.
I followed some colleagues here without intending to buy anything, but as soon as I saw what was on offer, I couldn’t resist. I went with Le Roast Beef, and let me tell you—it was amazing! The tender beef, paired with fresh greens and just the right condiments, was simply perfection.

Read moreWow what a find! We cannot believe we haven't been here before. We loved the lunchtime baguettes they were so delicious, staff superefficent and service with a smile! Muriel is so friendly and her son Paul keeps the line going like a clockwork with the making of the lunches! Very, very busy place which goes to show how good their produce is..... lots of regular customers kept coming for the whole time we were there. The roast beef one I had was just devine, you tell what great quality produce is used in their baguettes, the rare beef just melted in your mouth with a lovely salad and cheese, mayo and mustard.....a taste sensation! By the way their coffee is terrific too! We loved it so much we went back for breakfast the next morning....yumm yummm....keep up the amazing work French...

Roast beef Flavour: S+, 8.5/10. Not usually a pickles and mustard person, but, this was quite nice. Acidity of the pickles wasn't too overwhelming. Baguette: SS+, 9.5/10. Super crunchy yet fluffy. Texture: S, 8/10. Bread was amazing. Felt that the crunchy pickle stood out too much. Might be due to paucity of other ingredients. Value: B, 6/10. $15. About 2 slices of roast beef in half a roll is a little crazy. The balance of ingredients...
