Best cocktail bar in Northcote! Great snacks and cosy!

Goodwater is a fantastic whisky and cocktail bar in the middle of High St. Ive been a handful of times now and each time that staff have been welcoming, kind, and attentive. I think about popping in just for one quick bourbon from their incredible selection of American whiskies but always end up staying for a fantastic cocktail off their menu. I particulary enjoy the classic style Old Fashioneds they do, I get mine with Elijah Craig! Martini's and Margarita's are great too. Going back soon to try some others!

The food is always warm and comforting. A small but considered menu with something for everyone or everything for myself. The courtyard is large enough for bigger groups too but its a shame not to sit in the front area and stare at all the bottles.

One of the best bars in Melbourne and Victoria. John, Liv, Annika and Nate are legends and do an awesome job running this bar. This bar has a really nice cosy feel to it and the selection of wine's, spirits and beer is amazing. The customer service is impeccable and honestly I'd give this place 6 stars out of five. When you come in you just feel at home and the customer service is spot on, yo get your jacket out on a rack for you and you gre greeted with such a warm, genuine and caring welcome. This place is amazing and the people that work here are deadset legends. Than you guys, you're doing awesome work and I will definitely be coming back. Perfect for Winter, Autumn, Spring and Summer. It's definitely one of the best bars I have ever been to....

Damm this place is good. A nice little nook of bar in Northcote, and a very welcomed addition. Specialising in, and focusing on American whiskey and bourbon. Long the much ridiculed black sheep of the whiskey types, it is good too see that American whiskey is taken seriously, because it should be. Great venue if you are wanting to try multiple whiskeys, as you can get a half pour which gives you ample room to sample. I have not yet tried the food, but bar wise. This place is a worthy addition to Melbourne's bar scene. Sparkling water on tap; win! Great service, and heaps to choose from.
