TL;DR - Massive props to Thalia, Sajid and the rest of the crew on Sunday afternoon for being the amazing troopers they are.
I usually never leave a review but I will make an exception now. Went through the drive-thru last Sunday afternoon. It was quite busy and it seemed like they were getting bombarded with cars after cars. When we were one car behind the food handover window, the lady in the car ahead of us proceeded to yell at and berate the guy handing out her food. From what we could hear, she was being impatient about the food when it was barely 3 minute of a wait and the guy was simply trying to confirm with her what she had ordered. Either way, he de-escalated it quickly, and waited to greet us with a sweet smile. Sajid, a great young man speaking with the softest tone while also trying not to delay in the operation of processing our payment and handing us out our food. From the view we got of the inside, it was horribly busy as well and they were doing their best at being quick. We asked him if he was okay following his experience with the rude lady, and he joked it off as just another day in the office. Thalia was equally as nice and they were apologetic for the slight delay in the food handover even when it really wasn't that late. I applaud these workers as they seem to go through this experience of scrambling to get food out as quick as they can while also dealing with rude customers on a regular basis. And despite all the rush, the food was excellent. Burger was well made, patty was perfectly cooked and all of the 5 chips were freshly cooked and filled to the brim. Could...

Foods always cold. They fill up the overpriced mayo (which is free at similar fast food btw) is filled halfway, cheap.
Understaffed? Seems like drive-through can never hear anything.
Spent 10 mins waiting to pay, nobody came by, everyone inside looks like they’re doing bugger all having a good time. I’ve seen this at so many grill’d businesses. Whoever is at corporate needs to fire these jerks, I know people who want jobs. Charging a huge price, staff laid back to the point it’s rude, this isn’t McDonalds pricing.
Rude as hell, left and decided to cook. Waste of my time. Yesterday they ‘had a blackout’ i doubt it, I live close by, no issue on any of the phase where I live. I think that given their recent track record of poor service and cold food and burnt burgers, that they were just lying. They didn’t even turn the external lights out or put up a sign, so all these cars are coming in and having to leave, just incompetent behaviour. Turn the lights off, get ready then turn them back on, don’t disrespect peoples time. 2x in 3 days I’ve tried to get food here and had my time wasted by these guys. The effort period of the new restaurant is over, now they just don’t care. This is easily the lowest effort I’ve seen from this chain for a while. Do not recommend. Restaurant should always be trying. Or they should gut...
Read moreWe were incredibly disappointed with the service we received on Wednesday night. My family and I, a group of nine, visited the restaurant around 8:30 PM and placed a standard order. The venue was nearly empty at the time, so we were surprised by the unwelcoming attitude we encountered.
The waitress was quite rude and abruptly told us that we would need to book ahead if we plan to come again. While we understand some venues prefer reservations for larger groups, Grilled is a casual dining establishment and there was no indication that walk-ins wouldn’t be welcome, especially when the restaurant wasn’t busy.
On top of that, when she brought the food over, she knocked my shoulder while sliding the plates onto the table without so much as an apology. Her tone and overall demeanor made it very clear that she didn’t want our business, and we were made to feel like our presence was an inconvenience.
Our table was approached again an hour before closing to be told they were closing in an hour? So rude.
It is disappointing to be treated this way, especially so far ahead of closing time, and unfortunately the experience left a sour impression on what should have been a relaxed...
