Worst experience ever. Waited almost 30 mins for my food, then when it came out chips were cold and burger bun was so stale it was bordering on off, it totally crumbled in my hands when I picked it up and tasted fermented. The staff were unprofessional - screaming, singing , dancing , pumping up the music so I can't even hear my order. The male individual with the long red hair needs to be fired - he threw my plate down on the table. As for the girl she also needs to be fired - she is a real smartass, says hi to me then refuses to take my order. If she’s not taking my order why is she even speaking to me ! I have never had a bad experience at this store prior but this was so extreme I am driven to write this review. Also lied that the bread was made today - no chance it was made today- it has been sitting there for at least 5 days out in the open. It was so bad I had to spit it out. The staff at this store need to be managed by someone older. And the staff also said the beyond patties were frozen so they could not make me another one, I could hear them whispering in the back about how they can make them defrost quicker- such as microwaving them, in the end they just left them out in the open to defrost. Read moreSo, I dined outside. I sat down with my partner and ordered some food through the app to be sent to my table. While it was being prepared I went inside to use the restroom.
I went through, found the restroom, used it, and headed back through the restaurant to go outside to my seated table.
On the way out, the staff loudly shouted "thank you!!" in a tone that I felt wasn't too friendly. I hadn't made an order at the counter, I think they thought I was only using the place for the toilet and decided to sort of shame me for it. Why else would they thank me?
Hours later I'm still a bit shook by it. I've dined at several Grill'ds recently and none of them do that. I feel like they were trying to put me down. It was quiet so they probably wanted customers. I wanted to tell them hey I'm not leaving.
So, I wouldn't recommend this place. That remark by them was rude and unnecessary. I was a genuine customer and they must have assumed otherwise. It wasn't a polite tone in the loud "Thank you!".
I don't want to be shouted at like that.

Sure, mistakes sometimes occur and your order might be missing something, but you know what? Just kindly bring it to the attention of the staff and they'll fix or replace it immediately! No need to winge and cry here on Google reviews. We have noted that ALL Grill'd staff work very hard to provide their customers with a smile, super upbeat vibe, and no hesitation to remedy mistakes. We have never been shamed or made to feel bad for bringing a mistake to the attention of Grill'd staff. In fact, across the board, Grill'd Burgers have never failed to make up for their occasional mistakes on our orders over the years. They have many times not hesitated to provide us with a free burger even, to ensure our customer loyalty.
