Gum — Restaurant in Melbourne

I was looking for a venue that could hold around 20 people for a birthday and came across Gum. I sent them an email, and they got back to me quickly confirming they could accommodate us. They booked us a section out the front, which was really cool plenty of space and lots of seating, which worked perfectly for a group.

The bar staff were super fun and friendly. They did run out of a few drinks, but were quick to come up with great alternatives using what they had, so it didn’t take away from the experience at all.

Overall, it was such a fun night! The space is cute, has a great vibe, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone planning a group event or just wanting a good night out.

We had our team’s EOFY celebration at Gum Bar last night and I honestly couldn’t rate it more highly.
