Ordered hot chips it was cold as the outside. The staff was kind enough to get hot chips made but mixed the hot with cold chips, I said to her that it defeats the purpose if I ask for hot chips and you mix with extremely cold chips then she got new chips cooked but it was actually very raw not cooked well at all. Coffee with double shot vanilla was very bitter could not taste vanilla at all in coffee. If you wast some chicken salt on your chips or anything else you can not use the salt shaker it has to be put by staff said the owner. I finally gave up throw the coffee and chips in the bin what a waste of food and coffee when there are staving people out there, at least I should have got what I paid for not sub par food un eatable or drinkable. Being in this café for the first time, I asked one of the customer services for a plastic fork... he then said to me 50c, I was shocked hearing this.. I can't really comment on much else they have on offer apart from hot chips (there's a lot, majority is non vegan), they're dry, seemingly have been sitting out for quite a while and even with chicken salt, fairly bland. For an item that is $5 for small, they should put a smidge more love into a product that could make people happy, especially in a place like a hospital.
