Worst experience ever, staff are very unprofessional and need to learn how to read orders, ordered 2 whopper junior meals and only received a whopper... how do you confuse 2 whopper juniors and hand us a whopper, like are me and my friend supposed to half the whopper? If we received 2 whoppers, then there would be no issues.. But giving us one whopper is just inhumane, like seriously I had never been so excited to eat, to only open the bag AND SEE ONE WHOPPER. Get your sh%#t together hungry jacks. Rang the store back and the staff member whom I spoke to advised me that he will take my contact details and check what happened to the order, not once did he mention coming back to the store to fix my order. I'm very disappointed as I am the world's hungriest Lady and I could not wait to devour this burger. Getting my contact details? Really.. because that's going to magically make my whopper that you did not place in my order appear right infront of me. Good day to you!

Okay so seeing as this would not let me post twice.. this will just have to do.. so we came back to the store and the staff member whom I spoke to on the phone repeated the order back to us.. one of the whopper jnrs had HEAVY ONIONS, so I was pleased when someone could actually remember I want extra onions... so when he said 2 whopper juniors one with heavy onions I got excited I was thinking oh good they ruined our first order so they must give us heavy onions.. get home so excited to eat and so drained that we had to drive back up to this store, opened my beautiful whopper to find 4 little strands of onions.. is this really your idea of heavy onions? Like come on hungry jacks when a hungry ass b%$*h asks you for heavy onions give them to her.. I mean it's not going to come out of your pay check if you put a little more onion in my burger, I'M LIKE SHREK I LOVE ONIONS.. if it wasn't so unsanitary and unhygienic to bathe in onions I WOULD!!!! I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Hungry Jack’s drive-thru recently, and I just have to share how impressed I was! I believe the manager’s name was Phrat, and his kindness and professionalism truly stood out.

I was going through the drive-thru when I found out that the item (pancake & hash brown) I wanted wasn’t available at that time (they weren’t making it right then but somehow showed up on my app. Honestly, that could’ve been a letdown—but instead, Phrat completely turned it around. He was incredibly friendly and offered me a great alternative without hesitation. It wasn’t just a quick replacement—he took the time (even at the drive-thru!) to make sure I was happy with the option and that I’d enjoy it just as much.

What really blew me away was how cheerful, kind, and thoughtful he was throughout the whole interaction. It’s rare to get that kind of genuine service these days, especially at a fast food drive-thru, where things can often feel rushed or impersonal.

Phrat made the experience feel personal, welcoming, and just plain joyful. It was such a refreshing moment during a regular day—something so small, but it made a huge difference. I left not only with a tasty meal but also in a better mood, thanks to his attitude and care.
