31/10/2024 around 2:30 pm. I had ordered Hunger Tempar Mecican Whooper, and clearly mentioned on drive through that no tomatoes and no bacon and ham. And a peri peri sauce on side. Then the guy after bill who was giving food asked me that did she give you a Glass(on offer) and then he started having a chat with his colleague that she's not working properly. Also i was working nearby so i was on half an hour lunch break. After getting food when i started eating, realised there was ham inside and no peri peri sauce on side. I went back to drive through and complained to the one who was at drive through. But the lady at drive through was bit rude had no shame to give someone food he cannot eat. Then she asked me again what you want i have explained her like no ham and no tomatoes, then after couple of minutes their Manager came and asked same thing. Meanwhile i hve successfully wasted my 20 minutes of 30 minutes lunch break. When i got food again then that guy disappeared as soon as he handed over me the food. Upon checking again there was still two slices of tomatoes inside plus there was no sauce on side. Pluse the cheeseburger wasn't fresh at all. Looked like they gave it to me intentionally as they were not happy to listen the complaint. So worst experience at this Hunger Jacks,...
Read moreI ordered here with the app but despite my location services being on (and permission granted to the app) it sent it through to another store.
I explained the situation to the customer service representative. The service was inadequate. I asked to speak to the manager a few times without her getting the manager. I was told that it was an app problem and that there's nothing their store could do about it, and that if I dont pick up the order from the store that it went to then I would receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. Her unwillingness to be helpful led to me deciding to not reorder and to eat elsewhere. I left a negative review on Google maps and on the review section of the hungry jacks Head office. I was contacted by Hungry Jacks and offered a meal as an apology. I removed my negative review. I have since noticed that I never received the refund that I was told would happen automatically. That is why I am resharing my experience here and once again giving 1-star.
Be warned that if the Hungry Jacks app erroneously puts your order through to another store then make sure you check if a refund was received, don't listen to the customer service person when they say that a refund will happen...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusting!! We ordered 2 meals and 2 sundaes through menu log approx an hour ago. The 2 meals showed up almost cold but sundaes missing (Value $10) my partner called Hungy Jacks Mornington and was told by the rude girl that we should drive up to the restaurant to ask for "free" Sundaes. No refund or delivery of what we ordered and paid for. Problem was taken up with menu log however the buck stops with the restaurant as they failed to send the right order and failed to provide a solution. They chose to partner with menulog but took no responsibility at all! This is essentially theft....
