Knowing working in a fast food environment can be busy and stressful, but not matter whatever reason you have..make sure the food is made properly. Most customers have a customise food item orders. We ordered a bbq wrap via online app no bacon and no beef patty. It was for my wife and came home she found a beef patty inside the wrap. I checked at the waiting bay and didn’t see any meat(wrap was wrapped really bad) I even confirmed with the counter guy to ensure my order was no bacon and no beef patty. He replied yes ur order is correct…. Geeez those people behind the kitchen..please check your order before you actually start making it. And the person at the pantry area preparing for delivery,please confirm the order with the kitchen!
Took my son to use the toilet because he was in a hurry and couldn’t hold it. Omg the toilet is disgusting! Full of vomiting in the toilet bowl…..serious?!
I know it’s mostly teenagers working at fast food restaurants. Supervisor and managers, please do train your staffs properly, no point of being fast when your food order is made incorrectly and presentation is unacceptable.
Customers customises their order to their likings, customise because they’re vegetarian or whatever reason. What is the point of customising orders when it’s gonna be made...

Read more(Tue 28-2-23) I ordered at the drive thru, because the app wasn't working properly on my phone. I wanted the special from the app, but was charged the full price at the window, which I didn't realize until after I paid and the clerk said what the total was. I asked the clerk for the receipt to see why it was so much. I then asked for a refund, so she got the manager. He was young and said since you didn't order on the app its full price. I stated I didn't want the item now and the manager went on to say, I can't refund your money once you order. I said that don't make sense to me. Why can't you. Its our policy. (McDonalds have simply given me the money back in cash since I paid with debit card, or reversed the charge to my card. I couldn't understand the issue with Hungry Jacks). The worse part after I didn't get a refund was all of our food was cold, like it had been sitting...
