god... where do i begin? i'm not even a picky person who walks into places just to complain and leave bad reviews. i've worked in fast food myself, i know what it's like... but this place is a total nightmare.
first of all, the amount of times i have received cold and rock hard burgers is revolting.
i was given a whopper, which was cold and hard from being so old, of course i went back to the counter to ask for a new burger.
the manager on shift (i assume she was a manager, as she was wearing different uniform and no cap), proceeded to put her hands all over my burger to test if it's old or not, and said she could "chuck it in the microwave" for me, and it would be fine. seriously? you've put your nasty hands all over my food, just give me a new burger. it doesn't come out of your paycheck.
not only is the food terrible, but the way the poor staff are treated is upsetting. the management team is horrendous, and the owners are even worse. the stinginess of the owners is appalling. having two workers at front counter, and two to three in the kitchen to take care of delivery, drive thru, and dining is ridiculous and no way to run a restaurant. and its obviously just so that the owners can keep a good amount of money in their pockets. i mean come on, it's not like the place is empty. YOU NEED MORE WORKERS ON SHIFT IF YOUR RESTAURANT IS SO CROWDED!!! the staff constantly lose control, and become overwhelmed everytime i'm there.
