Looking for a burger tonight after working installing a new oven in the house. Missus wasnt keen on cooking as it was late and the kids were already in bed. Googled 'burgers near me' and Stanley's Burgers comes up. Never heard of them but the menu looked pretty good and the prices were better than other places we've tried before. Had a look on their Instagram page and liked the look of the burgers.

Rang up to place and order for pick up and spoke to Hannah (I think that's who it was) and ordered the Waikiki and Miama. To my surprise was told that all burgers come with chips and would I like sweet potato fries or beer battered. Seeing we were getting 2 burgers went one of each to try them out.

Was told they would be ready in 10-15min.

As I hadn't been there before and didn't exactly know where they were I left straight away. Arrived less than 10min after I ordered, paid and literally as I sat down was told it was ready. Raced home, opened up the box and was surprised by both how big the burgers were and the colossal amount of chips for the price. Parked my butt on the couch with napkins and was ready for the greasy drippy burgers I've always had but not here. Both my wife's and my burgers were not only perfectly cooked, some places do them super rare and drip blood everywhere, they were also the best burgers weve had in many years. Only topped by home made ones. Can't even imagine adding an extra topping to make it better either.

Hopefully this service and burgers are the norm from now on as we have found a ripper burger joint that I would gladly travel 30min to get one. Keep up the good work and see you again...

Our order disappeared after being collected by the uber eats driver (this part is not the resturants fault). 10 mins after receiving a delivery notification I rung the restaurant who informed me someone else had our order and they were sending someone to get it to us, fair enough. 30 minutes later i called the restaurant for an update at which point they told me my order had vanished and they were now closed and the kitchen had been shut down at which point I asked when they planned to inform me that I wasn't going to receive my food, seeing as i ordered 90 minutes earlier and they had no intention of fulfilling my order. Such a basic customer service skill to keep the customer informed (i gave them my mobile number in the first call), seems like they planned to ignore the fact my $65 order hadn't arrived and just take the money, I had to contact them to find out. It is a huge shame as we ordered regularly but are now put off using again. I can only assume the staff on shift were perhaps young and inexperienced and require more customer...

I got excited over the older vegan reviews but it seems like the place has moved away from it - possibly not as popular anymore. The only things they could guarantee for me being vegan friendly was the vegetarian burger (without cheese and mayo), the falafel kebab (tomato, chilli, sweet chilli, and BBQ sauce available - no hummus option available at all), and the chips. $15.25 for a falafel kebab with card surcharge.

They were unable to confirm if any of the desserts were vegan friendly and even the cashier was unsure of what I was asking for when I asked which items were vegan. The guy behind the kitchen was more knowledgeable and to their credit, made a very decent falafel kebab. Falafel was nice and moist, not dry like some other places.

Interior is very clean and new with plenty of seating however the place was on the cooler side which might be slightly uncomfortable if you're not wearing layers.

Parking is plentiful at night, a lot busier...
