So rude towards their customers. Refused to take our order as we put a complaint in about there potato cakes not being cooked probably. They were hard couldn't even bite into them and had no potato in the centre of them. We ordered on the 2nd of February 2019. We got $20 back. We went back to order just some chips on the 9th February 2019. They turn to us and said sorry I cant give you that as you said the chips were no good as well. He still refused to take our order. Not going back...

Disappointed after reading the rave reviews. Yes, the piece of flake was huge but it was really thin. Very light crispy batter, fish was still tasty and moist despite being thin. The chips were a major let down - most were a deep amber colour...overcooked with little substance left inside. The potato cake was a very thin disc of potato in overcooked batter. The fish cut is very generous, batter is perfect for me not too thick not too thin. Chip is ok potato cake is ok.

Great variety of fish and other snack. My new favourite place for fish n chips. I can't wait to get another one yummmm.😙😙

Update 2024 Still the best fish and chip joint around Knox in my opinion. Crisp fish batter and would you look at the size of that flake wheew🤩, 1 serve can easily feeds 2 adults.
