This place looks so good! From outside you can see how modern and clean this place looks. They have an amazing coffee bar and they are serving delicious food! The Food menu is short but the good thing is that every menu item seems to be perfectly thought, from the flavours to the presentation. I was looking for something fresh so I got a sweet granola bowl with watermelon for breakfast. It was amazing! The textures on the plate were unbelievable and mixed really well, the mango gel, the pineapple foam, the fresh watermelon and the crunchy granola and the chewy dried cranberries just blew my mind, then I added the milk to the granola and it rounded it all up. Once consumed, she instantly had a reaction and asked for the ingredients to investigate why she had a reaction.
Hesitantly she was answered a list of ingredients including Oat Milk, which is an obvious (id assume) glute-containing ingredient.
The staff took the right steps to issue a refund and a sincere apology, although it is something that should definitely be highlights to staff. A teachable moment with an overall understanding customer who understands the difficulty of running a business with staff and the pain...
