Very lucky to find this little gem 4.2 km from the Melbourne CBD. Parking along Alexandra Avenue or close to Como Landing where the punt ferry operates on Saturday and Sunday and public holidays from 11-4 pm. Free ferry as well as entry to the island. Opposite is a lovely cafe called Kanteen. As well as the walking paths there are sculptures and picnic and bbq facilities. There are also toilets and the old scout hall which is a gallery.
