This place has a small area for customers to stand in which is not surprising as they have so many baked goods to sell! Shop overflowing with bread rolls and loaves, a big range of sweet treats, hot food, a coffee outlet (open to the street) and the actual bakery (where all the magic happens) behind all this. Brought spinach and ricotta roll, jam donut, cannolis, and for husband, vanilla slice and a piece of carrot cake. And if I didn't already have bread at home would have brought more! Never had drinks from here, but the pies and sausage rolls are incredible. I asked the question a year ago, whether you can buy them fresh or frozen, turns out you CAN! I have consistenly bought swathes of frozen pies and sausage rolls here for cooking in my place for the past year - they turn out almost better than what is served!!! They clearly make everything fresh. The price frozen vs cooked is about the same, but being able to cook yourself one of their amazing pies on a sunday afternoon without leaving the house is something else. Highly, highly recommend. Ive had the worst experience at this bakery the older lady with blonde hair in her fifties finds it hard to smile and greet customers..They are so dodgy not even show prices on the food that they sell..So how do we know what were getting charged???..Be cautious when buying hot food they try to sell you the old stuff thats being sitting there for hours and is cold.As far as there coffee quality is its dirt cheap ..My suggestion is go to Oasis Bakery on North Road East Bentleigh which follow rules and regulations and enjoy Fresh Food and Coffee you...
