The staff are all good except for the manager in short blonde or brown hair, She was very rude one day she accused me of bullying her staff for free chips and drink, even tho I provided her with a code.

This was then resolved, by me saying to her I’m in the same boat I’m also a retail worker in the same role so it’s quite disturbing that she would accuse me of such things.

She later deflected the mater saying that there was a women who has been rude to her staff, she wasn’t unapologetic she just made that statement. A staff who projects an issue onto a new customer should not be given manager position.

Next time the tills were offline she took my order in cash but she didn’t give me the free chips and drink as her computer was not working. I’m not sure if I’m wrong but if she can take cash from me and complete the rest of the order, why was the free stuff left out?

Today I went in, and I was asked to bring a receipt in with the validation code. I agree the terms do state that, but they have not asked me that in the past, I go there regularly and all the staff recognise me there. If I was asked the previous time I would have done it no issues. The staff took my screenshot as validation each time prior to today. This time they didn’t I’m not saying the proof is wrong. But there needs to be training so all staff followed the terms since the introduction of the promotion.

I’m very disappointed with what KFC recognises as a manager, her eyes flare up even before the issue and she walks with aggressive body language I’ve quickly gone through the reviews and I’m not the first to have a issue with her. I hope the complaints don’t get her fired as I didn’t make complain the first couple of times as I sympathised with her. I hope she doesn’t get fired but she definitely needs to...

KFC HOPPERS CROSSING 428 OLD GEELONG ROAD IS THE WORST KFC IVE EVER BEEN TO ! I wish I could give it 0 stars !! I only ordered a large chips NO salt and a water , my husband ordered 3 sliders , a large chips and a drink . The toliets were filthy and smelt bad The dining table was DISGUSTING ! every table had leftover food on them, we couldn't sit down to eat, no one was cleaning The staff took too long to come take orders and one staff was just standing there doing nothing The same staff didnt give me our receipt even after I demanded for one I noticed the same staff had not change his gloves, he big holes in the right hand and NO glove at all on the left hand we asked over a staff to help us to get the receipt and this girl said we can't give you a receipt so we demanded a refund before they gave us our food and the girl said we can't give you any refunds and didn't give us any reason what so ever why It was $30 for 3 sliders, 2 chips and 2 drinks, i said that's expensive when we could have brought a whole feast for an extra $8 so give us our refund and she simply said she can't no reasons given to us why at all. When they gave us our food it was cold and looked disgusting and tiny The staff couldn't care less and laughed at me, no apologies from the fast food resturant what so ever. I didn't eat any of it in the end I didn't want to risk food poisioning and I was starving so we went to another restaurant instead where they were much better. RIP OFF! we are never going back there EVER AGAIN , I encourage no one not even family members to go there anymore until the place is 100% better and there is new management/ staff there … and I wish I took photos but unfortunately I was too fired up/angry to the point I had to leave...

Time to stop going to KFC.

This place is a typical KFC, there's nothing that really differs from any other KFC, and that's not a problem.

What is a problem is that they've raised their prices for a 2nd time in under a year, which is a crappy thing to do to your customers in the middle of a recession that's still getting worst, not better.

Now, I know that the owner, if they bother to reply at all, is going to reply by saying something like, "Wah, wah, wah, inflation, supply chain, wah wah". I've got no tears for them as they absentee manage their investment that they need to squeeze to be able to afford their new Toorak mansion.

The hard facts are the 3 pieces of chicken that I bought today would have costed $8.90 a week ago, and it cost $9.95 today. That's on top of that fact that last year the same 3 pieces of chicken costed $6.95. There was no increase in value, in fact if anything the pieces have gotten smaller, so there's no way to justify that consumers are getting more for the extra money. I was irritated when the increased the price to $8.90, and I'm completely unsympathetic to their additional increase to $9.95.

KFC corporate and the franchise owners are getting fatter at their customers expense. They deserve to be canceled for it.

I personally have had enough, and I'm done buying from them. Hopefully other people will feel the same way and vote economically and send the message that their food isn't worth the price they're...
