Lilydale KFC failed to fulfill a fully paid order. I’m absolutely disgusted with the deplorable service I received from your company. My recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the extent of my frustration with the public. Upon placing and paying for an order, I expected a level of um-professionalism and lack of dedication to customer service. My experience has been marred by a complete lack of competence and an utter disregard for customer requests. Despite having paid for a specific service, your team not only failed to meet the agreed-upon terms but also displayed a shocking unwillingness to rectify the situation. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, and I feel compelled to warn others about the subpar service they may encounter. I implore you to address these issues immediately and take corrective actions to prevent others from enduring the same unacceptable level of service that I have experienced. Your company’s reputation is undoubtedly tarnished by such appalling conduct, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly. Lastly, as a matter of urgency, I’d suggest you make arrangements for your younger staff to undertake training on how to speak to customers with respect and gratitude. Read moreThey just got renovated, not only were the renovations not well thought out at all, or given any thought, sunlight in the shop at sundown is annoying AF so no doubt they will wanna put in some shades or grow a garden outside the window to block the sunlight.
Drive through cornering is still a stupid design, I expected an improvement, so I know to lower my standards next time, it was dumb in 1990 and its dumb now (some 29 years later)
And the staff, unfortunately (maybe underpaid?) like to leave items off your order when you order them, or if you did order them, then make sure they packed them, i mean, like a maccas mcnugget sauce is an error, these guys like to forget a whole burger or even the chips/meal if you aren’t cautious.
Then, try their feedback via the receipt, that’d be nice if they didn’t data mine you in the process, so avoid that if you care about your privacy (irony of using google reviews then but ah well)
One star. I’ll update it if service improves, since very little can be done about the renovations done...
Read moreStopped in there on our way home one night was about 8.30pm to 9pm it was like we were inconvenience them while they tryed to clean to close for 10pm staff kept looking at us and someone eventually come over not a happy lady didn't even say hi just stood at the register with a sour look on her face and some poor kid who looked like he was training was getting no help i wouldn't like my kid getting a job there with some sour people working there don't like your job move on anyway she finally took our order then we waited for ever because they were doing drive tru so had to wait forever because it seemed they forget about people in the shop nuggets were soggy like they had been in the microwave and i would hate to say MacDonald's ones are better after that place looks dirty i think the actual ower of that shop needs to...
