To the management and workers taking the absolute piss today, maybe check the classified section of the paper next week for something more suitable. Just ordered a zinger box with the burger changed to a stacked burger. After waiting ten minutes for the meal, the staff called me to the counter to tell me the chicken was going to be another ten minutes, however if I wanted to swap to regular original recipe I could, I said yes, opened the box to reveal only 2 pieces of chicken. Very disrespectful teenagers who work customer service. I don’t go out often (due to severe anxiety and depression). I went to order and one guy (Asian) walked up to the server (?Islander) and was talking in his ear whilst they both looked at me and laughed. I did not feel comfortable to order and I walked off. I was walking on my way out with my husband and that Asian guy looked at me again with a smirk. I will never come to this kfc ever again. My.
